    2020 - It's a wrap!

As I write this we are ready to close out another year, and what a year it has been! In spite of the global pandemic, the housing market has remained strong in our area. TEC has been extremely busy - as evidenced by my most recent post being from April! We have permitted a record number of alternative septic systems this year through COVID-19 permitting, Session Law 2018-114 permitting, and Engineered Option Permitting. Game Changer!

Shallow soils and limited area for septic system installation? This administrative law judge ruling could be the answer! We are now able to use prefabricated permeable block panel systems (PPBPS) in horizontal installations! That's a 50% space savings over conventional systems!
