2020 - It's a wrap!

As I write this we are ready to close out another year, and what a year it has been! In spite of the global pandemic, the housing market has remained strong in our area. TEC has been extremely busy - as evidenced by my most recent post being from April!

We have permitted a record number of alternative septic systems this year through COVID-19 permitting, Session Law 2018-114 permitting, and Engineered Option Permitting. We have also evaluated a vast amount of acreage for septic tank suitability and performed more seasonal high-water determinations than all previous years combined. In short, it has been a great year for business and it has been a real treat helping so many people get started on their dream projects!
